Cancel Culture Excess Is Spawning a Cycle of Phony Anti-Woke Outrage

The excesses of cancel culture have spawned a group of anti-woke public figures who are guilty of the same sins as their woke counterparts.

Both are addicted to a perpetual cycle of outrage.

Their paranoia prevents them from putting accusations of "isms" in proper perspective.

Their personal brands and the self-serving rackets they have created cannot survive without a never-ending stream of absurdities that are almost never presented in proper context.

Neither are interested in or capable of building something constructive.

Their highest aspiration is to identify, shame, and ridicule those on the opposite side of a childish culture war.

The absence of any positive vision will ultimately lead to the destruction of both woke and anti-woke partisans when ordinary people start rolling their eyes and tuning out.
